On June 23, 2010, The Board of Supervisors approved permit fee increases for all program areas within the Air Quality Branch.
Effective
July 1, 2010 the following fees will now be in effect for the following permits:
30-Day open burning permit: $10
Annual burn permit: $25
Authorization to Install permit: $190
Registration Permits (with the exception of Residential Heaters): $45
Permit to Operate permit: $85
Application for an untimely Authorization to Install permit: $380
Application for an untimely Permit to Operate permit: $85 for every year the source was in operation without a permit
Application for an untimely Registration permit: $45
