Outdoor Wood Boilers (OWBs) are also referred to as hydronic heaters or outdoor wood furnaces. They have been in use for decades in lesser-populated locations and in areas where electricity is difficult to access but have begun to become more popular in more heavily populated areas of the country. There are a large variety of OWBs on the market. If you are considering purchasing or installing an OWB please refer to the documents posted below.
